I have experience working with adults and youth struggling with mental, emotional and behavioral health. I've worked in geriatric inpatient hospitals, youth in crisis situations, adult & youth mental health case management, outpatient therapy in the schools, and traditional outpatient therapy settings. I enjoy helping individuals manage their symptoms of depression, anxiety, self-esteem and self-confidence. I believe we all narrate our own individual stories and have the power within ourselves to make the necessary changes; sometimes we just need a push and a caring support system.
