About

Working with a therapist can help foster insight, provide support, and build new strategies for a wide range of difficulties. Together, we can address the issues you're facing, improve understanding of yourself and your relationships, and help you live a healthier, more satisfying life. Using a collaborative treatment approach, we will work to identify your treatment goals and take steps to realize them. I earned my M.S. and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Pennsylvania State University and completed a clinical fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance.

I work with adults and late adolescents (18+) in individual psychotherapy to deal with difficilties in social, work, and relationship functioning. These problems can include depression, anxiety, loneliness, loss, low self-esteem, and emotional/behavioral dysregulation. I specialize in depression, irritability, anxiety, and early adulthood transitions.

My therapeutic style is active and engaged. My goal is to create a reliable and safe environment in which we can grapple together with your most pressing concerns and in which you will feel supported and challenged to make meaningful changes in your life.
