Hello! I am passionate about providing identity-affirming therapy to teenagers, emerging adults (18-22), and adults seeking support with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, negative self-talk, trauma, relationship challenges, eating disorders, self-esteem and body image concerns. Additionally, I work with couples seeking to build healthier relationship patterns, explore and support intimacy, and navigate conflict. I enjoy working with those who previously have had poor experiences with therapy, first time therapy clients, and those who have felt misunderstood or dismissed by other providers.
Our therapeutic relationship will be characterized by authenticity, empathy, warm yet direct feedback, and a sense of humor. My background includes experience in residential and outpatient settings, and I draw from a number of evidenced-based and holistic approaches grounded in cognitive behavioral, systems, attachment, and narrative frameworks.
My priority is to create an inclusive and safe space for people of all identities, abilities and backgrounds. I am LGBTQIA+-affirming and enjoy working with queer individuals and couples. Please reach out for a phone consultation to see if we'd be a good fit to work together!
