Broken and shattered pieces, put back together and bonded with gold. That is what I do. I help people of all ages who have endured hardships and trauma by aspiring them to find their strength and beauty; their gold. Let me introduce myself. I'm Rachel and I have a passion for helping people overcome the situations in which they did not choose to be a part of. I do this by using an evidenced based therapy called neurofeedback which helps strengthen your brain to respond differently to trauma reactions symptoms, depression, and anxiety.
