Our tension, our posture, and how we move are all closely related to our thoughts and emotional pain. Through deep empathy, a direct approach and a little humor, I love helping clients find helpful shifts in perception. I have studied several mind/body approaches to treating stress, trauma and attachment wounds which are explored through a highly experimental style of therapy. Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, yoga, and other body-centered practices are combined with cognitive processing to help my client's re-work their emotional and behavioral patterns.
