About

I love it when people figure out how to feel better. When they master harnessing their emotions, and their lives change and shift in better ways. I get excited when my clients discover that they can master a problem and it encourages them to continue to work on their self growth. And when they recognize that they have capabilities and strengths that they have been overlooking. Then, they see how they can use their strengths to improve their relationships, they recognize and grow their resilience, and they discover that they can solve their own problems almost all of the time.

I believe problems arise when people enter into new stages of life and their old ways of doing things don't work for them anymore. I see problems as relational, existing between people and the world around them, as opposed to an internal flaw in one person that needs to be fixed.

I truly enjoy working with all people and being someone who can offer compassion, perspective and support.
