About

My goal for you is to find comfort in therapy and to be your full self without feeling any judgment. My passion is helping people find their strengths, reach their goals, and become their best self. Throughout helping people in high schools, hospitals, and community mental health, I have learned that every individual requires a different approach. View 5 Photos

I am a client-centered and strengths based clinician that caters my approach to the needs of my clients. I have had extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and adults with OCD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem to name a few. I utilize humor in my approach as I believe it can be very healing in the therapeutic process.

Reaching out for help can be a difficult thing to do, but my goal is to create an environment that feels safe to be yourself. Everyone deserves a space of their own. I look forward to working with you and helping you on your journey to a more manageable life!
