I love to work with people who seek to move beyond symptom management and are ready for a deeper process of self-knowledge and change as well as those who are forced by life circumstances to re-evaluate the foundations of their worldview, relationships, and sense of self. Change is most effective when it’s self-chosen and when it’s an outgrowth of insight, thus I will encourage you, challenge you, and accompany you in looking deeply within yourself to bring into awareness the unconscious and to facilitate a process where you can grow more fully into your self and develop a greater sense of vibrancy, autonomy, and wholeness in life. In addition to working with a number of general issues, I have a special focus on the following: trauma and PTSD; cult recovery; and burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary traumatic stress. You can find out more about my treatment approach to each of these areas on my website: www.racheloblak.com I'm an analyst-in-training with the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association. If you're interested in Jungian analysis or the process I have described above, I encourage you to reach out.
