While we can't always control life's circumstances, we can learn to control how we react and respond to them. We are all affected by our past, but that does not have to determine who we are now. Through research based therapy we strive to take the client on a journey of self exploration leading toward change that will positively impact their life. We work with clients of all ages. We have collective experiences in school systems, hospital inpatient, outpatient and drug/alcohol rehab settings. We have licensed professional counselors and licensed chemical dependency counselors on our team. We offer individual and group counseling. In addition to counseling we offer anger management classes, parenting classes, substance abuse assessments and social skills groups. **Tele-therapy sessions available** **WEEKDAY, NIGHT and WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS/CLASSES AVAILABLE.
