About

I am a clinical psychologist who offers individual therapy to adults and adolescents. I have training and experience working with individuals on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, identity development, relational issues, sleep concerns, and life transitions. I also have an extensive background working with members of the LGBTQ+ community.

I consider psychodynamic therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to be the foundation of my clinical work. I also integrate skills from other therapy modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy) as appropriate.

Being honest with ourselves about the patterns that keep us stuck is the first step to healing. I believe a strong, connected therapeutic relationship makes all the difference. As your therapist, I will meet you with compassion, respect, and a bit of humor. Together, we will build an understanding of your experiences to help you cultivate insight and agency.
