I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship where together we can create a safe and welcoming space to address the mental and emotional challenges you're facing. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of life stressors such as life transitions, relationship issues, spiritual issues, self-esteem issues, financial/occupational stress, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma recovery, and addiction and substance use related concerns. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults facing a variety of issues including: developing healthy interpersonal relationships, creating coping skills, addiction recovery, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, communicating effectively, developing social-emotional intelligence, spiritual counseling, and healing/adjusting from grief and loss.
