About

Mental healthcare is the most valuable gift a person can give themselves or a loved one. A decade of work as an educator and school counselor has given me experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through life's challenges. No one is immune from change and you deserve a source of empathy and compassion to help you process what's passed and look forward to new possibilities.

My goal is to help my clients through the challenges and transitions they are facing. I have experience supporting individuals working through anxiety, depression, communication issues, familial conflict, and trauma. Additionally, I am passionate about working educators and military families, as this relates to my own lived experience.

I hold so much respect for anyone seeking therapeutic support for themselves or a loved one. Taking that first step is not always easy, but I truly believe the work and vulnerability that individuals put into therapy is reflected in their personal and relational growth. It is an honor to be considered to partner with you in that journey.
