About

I offer individual psychotherapy and clinical supervision towards licensure with supervised billing, and currently accepting in person or online supervisees and clients. Weekend appointments available. I work well with therapy clients who suffer from overwhelming emotional pain and anxiety and difficulty navigating relationships, or who may feel out of control. I work well with people who struggle with a sense of lack of purpose, and a sense of self worth. I also work with anxiety about current events and how the larger world impacts our personal lives and creates trauma.

I strive to facilitate self-awareness that will allow my clients to navigate an uncertain world from a place of strength and confidence. Through a therapeutic partnership, I can help you change negative patterns, heal pain, improve relationships, and find purpose. Our work together will facilitate self-empowerment, self-love, inner peace and well being.

I believe we all crave deep, authentic connections, but throughout our lives have developed negative patterns and defenses that make this difficult, keeping us isolated and stuck. I believe these patterns are rooted in early relationships and experiences, and as a psychotherapist, my job is to develop a safe and authentic relationship with my client.
