I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I have lived my entire life in the Metro-east area. I have a profound connection to helping people with emotional and/or psychological issues. Consequently, I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and obtained a dual masters from Lindenwood University in both Clinical and School counseling. My expertise include depression, self-esteem, grief, anxiety, separation anxiety, children, adolescents, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD parenting and family issues. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is important. I like to focus on the whole person and supporting that person to build on the strengths they have to facilitate change. My approach starts with developing a supportive relationship to empower a person and make a person feel comfortable. My goal is to offer hope and help you face challenges. I look forward to meeting with clients to best support their needs.
