I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space for personal growth and healing, where your full authentic self is welcomed. I believe that one of the most important parts of healing in therapy is developing a compassionate therapeutic relationship, built upon respect, trust, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. I work primarily with teens and adults who may be struggling with life transitions, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. I utilize psychodynamic, person-centered, and mindfulness approaches. I am also trained in EMDR, which is an approach used to relieve distress from traumatic experiences. Additionally, I draw upon the Internal Family Systems model (IFS) to help clients learn more about their various parts, improve their internal relationships, and build self-compassion. If you are feeling struck and struggling to find your authentic self, I invite you to reach out. Healing is possible. I would love to support you through your growth.
