About

Childhood trauma can have long-lasting effects, even on those who seem to be managing well on the surface. If you’ve tried therapy before but still find yourself wrestling with an inner critic, it might be time to explore a new approach to healing, such as EMDR or IFS. Maybe you've developed coping strategies, but truly connecting with your emotions remains elusive. Perhaps you find yourself falling into old patterns of self-doubt. If these scenarios strike a chord, I’m here to help. We'll work together to help you cultivate self-compassion and develop a felt sense of safety.

Resolving individual pain isn't a one-size-fits-all endeavor. I'll work with you to understand your story, identify your unique strengths, and incorporate insights you've gathered throughout your life. Together, we'll use mindfulness, somatic practices and parts work (IFS) to access to the healing wisdom you already possess.

It takes courage to continually uncover layers of yourself. I'm here to acknowledge that bravery and offer a supportive space to unravel the challenges you face and uncover new perspectives. If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, reach out for your free 15-minute consultation.
