About

I am very passionate about working with teens and young adults, as well as parents. When working with teens and young adults, I use an eclectic approach, and often work with client’s to meet their needs- no one fits in a box, and no one approach helps everyone! This period of life often includes difficult transitions and personal growth, which is perfect for getting the extra support you might need through therapy. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel empowered to process at their own pace. I encourage open feedback, understanding that the therapeutic relationship is collaborative and dynamic. I approach therapy through the understanding that the environment impacts the person, and that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. I recognize that therapy can be difficult, and at times intimidating, and I work with clients to ease this feeling, and work with them to both challenge them while also not pushing them past their limits.

My hope is that my clients will come out of therapy with a more extensive toolbox of skills to use in their lives, be kinder to themselves, and have an improved relationship with themself and those around them. I am genderfluid and am happily open about that, as it gives me the opportunity to have genuine conversations, and I am always open to questions.
