As a therapist, I consider it a privilege to assist individuals, as they walk through and process life experiences and traumas. Life, work, and relationships can leave us feeling burnt out and imprisoned. Our ability to live life to the fullest often hinges on our perspective and choices. In creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, I seek to provide an opportunity for individuals to explore a deeper sense of self and discover the life they want to live. Over the last 4 years, as I worked towards licensure, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings to include community service boards, jail and hospital settings. Working in these settings has given me experience with a variety of diagnoses, levels of crisis, trauma, and cultures. I view the therapeutic relationship as one of collaboration. It would be an honor to work with you and/or your loved ones, however if through the course of therapy you find I am not the best fit, I will provide referrals to another qualified provider.
