After 28 years of counseling individuals, couples and families, and growing the love in a 30+ year marriage myself, I feel privileged to say I specialize in "Relationships." I love inspiring people to look more within themselves for happiness, security, and value; and to understand that friction in relationships can help us grow, and grow closer. Those open to change benefit most; a healthy couple takes healthy people. I also see adults individually, many with relationship challenges, but also seeking help with concerns like low self worth, anxiety, sadness, depression, negative thoughts, addictions, feeling stuck/unfulfilled. It's hard to see while in the midst of pain, but I dare to say that our thorns can become our greatest gifts - pushing us to grow and create the life we truly desire. I am known as a counselor for soul searchers. Something unique that I am grateful to bring to the clients I work with comes from my doctoral training and 28 years of experience in traditional counseling, blended with 18 years of immersing myself in universal spiritual wisdom. Truly life changing when lived and applied.
