About

I have a passion for working with individuals and couples. I enjoy helping those navigating life transitions. Many of our core beliefs are influenced by the context in which we grew up; religion, family, friends, culture, and significant life events all impact us. Unpacking some of these contexts can help you gain a clearer perspective of who you are and foster deeper growth and understanding. The outside world doesn’t always provide a safe environment for us to show the most vulnerable parts of who we are. Sometimes we need someone to sit with us when life feels messy and complicated.

I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Gottman Couples Therapy to empower you with the self-awareness and skills necessary to live your most authentic life. Imagine what it would be like to stop searching for answers externally and sink into knowing how to find them within yourself.

Showing up for therapy can be really intimidating. I aim to provide a caring and empathetic environment so that you feel safe to bring your whole self. I hope to help you see that everything you need to heal is already within you, sometimes we just have a hard time finding it.
