About

I specialize in eating disorders including Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and Neuro-Diversity. Half or more of my clients have ADHD, are Autistic or are both! Do you feel like your body or food is a problem? Is your family concerned and upset? That can create pressure and stress, and you just want freedom and rest.

I am here to offer you hope and practical solutions in a safe, neuro-divergent friendly environment. I use CBT in my treatment, and CBT-Avoidant/Restrictive-informed (CBT-AR) with my clients who have ARFID. A detail you may find helpful: I am AuDHD (Level 1) and a late diagnosis at that. You have an understanding therapist in me.

I can share so much more with you, and at this point you may have questions on next steps. I invite you to a free, 15-20 minute phone call with me. I love these calls! I know it isn't always easy or simple to reach out to someone you don't yet know. A call is a great way to get a feel for me and what I can offer you. Looking forward to hearing from you!
