I'm passionate about walking alongside people who have a sense that, "Maybe, just maybe, it doesn't have to always be this way." Whether it's feeling stuck in the same relational dynamics, holding beliefs and ideas about yourself, others, and the world that no longer seem helpful, or wanting to figure out what it might look like to be a more healthy, whole, and honest person-many of us often have a desire for life to look different, but we might not be sure how to get there. I view therapy as a process that can help us discover more about where we've been, who we are becoming, and how we want to live. I seek to provide therapy that is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered. My orientation is informed by many different theories and approaches because I believe that there is no one right path or approach for everyone. I view my job as helping people discover what health and truth look like for them, on their own terms. I have pursued training in many areas such as addiction, neurobiology and anxiety, attachment and trauma, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I'd love to talk with you further in a free 20-minute phone consultation!
