Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a therapist intern, a wife, and a mother of one. There are often chapters of our own stories (mine included!) that we wish were different. Trauma can come in many forms, but it is more than possible for you to overcome the hopelessness, setbacks, or pain you have experienced. Regardless of what your story has been, there is hope for resilience, healing, and a transformed life! I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, eating disorders, church/ministry hurt, relational issues, and life transitions. I collaborate with my clients through a strengths-based approach, utilizing training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to foster awareness and resilience. Ultimately, my goal is to create a safe and accepting environment for you to move forward in transformative healing. From my own experience in counseling, I know that taking the first step towards healing by finding a therapist may be intimidating. I would be privileged to walk beside you in your transformative journey to heal from the past and embrace the person you were designed to be.
