Life can definitely be difficult just in general. if you add past traumas, addictions, anxiety and/or depression to the mix….it just makes it all that much more difficult. I have a great passion for helping people in empowering their lives so that life becomes easier, happier, and brighter. I have many years in counseling, specializing in helping those with co-occurring disorders such as addictions, grief, relationship issues, mood disorders, and Trauma. I assist my clients in establishing and building a foundation of Hope which helps in alleviating some of the burdens that come from Mental Health issues.
