Previously, Ra’eesa provided physical, emotional and educational support during pregnancy and labor and also she provided supportive counseling around adjustment to illness, hospitalization and outpatient care. She believes that therapy helps to remind people that their light continues to shine in the dark, and that the darkness has not overcome it. She is also studying Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and Dialectical behavioral therapy. Ra’eesa Sadat is patient, generous, affable, compassionate and kind. She decided to become a therapist because she has always enjoyed providing others with a safe space to experience unconditional acceptance and motivating people to embark on a self understanding and self love journey.
