About

Telehealth sessions currently available! The cracks, bumps, potholes, and debris in life’s journey can wear you out. They can make you tired, beat you down, and terrify you to the point of paralysis. Counseling gives you a place of peace, security, and nonjudgmental reflection. I believe that it is my role to help facilitate the change you want in your life. Whether it is the general anxieties of life, specific trauma, or the pain of grief I am skilled to walk with you through the most difficult moments of your life providing you with the support and tools you need to overcome the chaos of it all.

As a clinician I am trained in many different counseling modalities and techniques including CBT, EMDR, existential, and person-centered therapy. I utilize research-based techniques to address your concerns and provide relief through a supportive therapeutic relationship. I have a particular interest in using these skills to benefit the LGBTQIA+ community.

As someone passionate about the LGBTQIA+ population I have a deep commitment to providing its members with a secure and comfortable space where they can process their unique experiences. My research experience as well as my lived reality lends to my understanding of LGBTQIA+ issues. I am here to meet you where you are at in your journey and walk with you.
