I work with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with mental and emotional health issues or relational issues. If you are struggling with self-esteem/self-worth, the aftereffects of emotional abuse, a breakup/divorce, trauma, or relationship disturbances with a spouse or family member, there is hope. I have training in providing clinical diagnoses for mental health, couples counseling, family therapy, psychological first aid and trauma support. If you are looking to improve your mental health, "get back to yourself", and/or break cycles in the way you navigate relationships I am here to assist you through the process. View 4 Photos I offer a holistic approach to therapy, this means addressing the whole person and developing a treatment plan specifically catered to you. I also enjoy working from a family systems approach. We will explore some of your family history and patterns over time to understand how these connections have impacted your mental health, wellbeing, and relationships. My goal is to provide a welcoming therapeutic environment where you can be 100% yourself and put it all on the table. Taking the step to better personal or relational wellbeing is one of the most courageous things you can do. Whether individual, couple, or family, I look forward to walking alongside you.
