Through therapy, I am here to assist you with addressing negative patterns that have created bad habits throughout various aspects of your life. This is accomplished by strengthening your inner self to manage your emotions. As a result, you will be able to establish healthy boundaries for relational enhancement and develop confidence in your ability to recover from stressful situations. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family interaction, childhood trauma, co-parenting issues, and everyday challenges. I use an integrative, multi-disciplinary approach that includes a solution-focused, person-centered, and cognitive approach to help clients meet their goals. Finding a therapist can be challenging, but it takes two to tango. Not only is chemistry and connection important, but so is finding a therapist who meets your needs. My therapeutic approach is to meet you where you are and create a safe space to empower you through transformation so that you can reach your maximum potential in living a life that you desire.
