About

At times life can be difficult but we all have strengths to build on. Seeking therapy is a strength in itself! Our thoughts often influence how we adapt to situations. With greater well-being, we can overcome negative thoughts and feelings by improving coping styles. It is my goal to serve you in a way that is warm, authentic, and transparent.

I have experience working with diverse populations in schools, community, and outpatient-based treatment settings. I have worked with individuals experiencing mild mental health concerns to serious mental illnesses. I provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment by offering interventions and strategies that are tailored to meet each individual’s needs.

As a black therapist, I believe black mental health matters. It is my passion to help others and assisting them in building a better quality of life. Therapy is essential. I am here when you are ready!
