I love collaborating with my clients in creating and sustaining the changes they wish to make and surprising them with how quickly and deeply these changes can take place. I have extensive experience with chronic illness, chronic pain, physical and emotional trauma, spirituality, parenting issues, grief and dying, and men's sexuality. I am passionate about transformative, lasting change and how that can best be facilitated. My approach assumes that my clients are the best judges of what they need, that significant and lasting change can take place in every session, and that anyone can create ways to be more productive, purposeful, and passionate in life. My goal is to provide a safe environment for you to feel accepted no matter what you bring to the table. I love this work and each session is an invitation to cultivate love for yourself.
