I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with 10 years of clinical experience. I am licensed in the states of North Carolina and Texas. I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelors in Psychology. I work with children, teens, and adults in individual therapy, helping them to navigate the unique and complex challenges of life. Some of the modalities that I employ in my work include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, couples therapy, brainspotting, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma- focused CBT.
