Welcome! I believe that a meaningful therapeutic relationship starts with trust and a genuine connection between client and therapist. I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to move toward positive change at a pace that feels right for you. In my practice I provide care to a wide range of individuals from diverse backgrounds and specialize in working with women’s issues, including perinatal mental health, as well as college and graduate students. I utilize a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy, informed primarily by relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, life transitions, pregnancy and postpartum, women's issues, relationship concerns, family conflict, and intimate partner violence. If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to reach out— I’d love to support you on your journey.
