I’m a Vietnamese, Queer, Buddhist, refugee, cisgender woman with a passion to help others relieve their life stressors, which has been heightened by COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing racism/injustice, transphobia, homophobia, xenophobia, climate change, wars, violence, and unrest in our world. Life stressors can cause a lot of suffering for people by placing strains on their mental and/or physical health, interpersonal relationships, and finances. Let’s work together to create a happier, stronger and more resilient version of you. I believe that everyone has the strength to change and grow. Therapy is one way of getting there, and I would be honored to work with you. I have expertise in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal issues, LBGTQIA2S+ issues, gender/identity, polyamory, trauma, life transitions, loneliness, & alcohol/substance abuse. Whether it’s the first or tenth time you’re looking for a therapist, it can still be nerve-racking. I welcome you to reach out to me. I listen compassionately, non judgmentally, with a supportive, open mind so that we can find ways to relieve your stress and navigate your life with purpose and meaning. Please reach out to me for a free 10-15 min consult. TY!
