You know who you are, yet it is often challenging to fully express that to others. Do you feel unseen or overlooked, constantly code switching or masking? Are you ready to express yourself more authentically without fear or anticipating negative consequences? I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey who approaches counseling from a strengths-based perspective. I offer research-based interventions paired with meaningful human connection. I acknowledge the diverse lenses through which we all experience and interact with the world and remain sensitive to the delicate relationship that exists between the helping community and historically marginalized and disenfranchised groups.
