My name is Philip J Fauerbach, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with insomnia, anxiety and trauma. I assist my clients in being able to fall asleep and achieve a restful and restorative sleep naturally. Most of my clients live busy lives feeling pulled between careers, family and daily stressors. At the end of the day they feel exhausted and can hardly keep their eyes open. But when their head hits the pillow, bam it is like a switch goes off and their mind goes into hyper drive. I first educate clients about sleep and anxiety so we have the same understandings and definitions. From there, we together develop an individual course of action. As a specialist in anxiety and insomnia, I understand how not getting enough sleep makes it difficult to get through the day.
