I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I have a BA in Psychology and MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Radford University. I use a variety of theories and techniques in my sessions, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. One size does not fit all!
