I take an integrative and collaborative approach to treatment, depending on clients’ goals, problems, and personalities. My current areas of practice include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, grief, LGBTQIA+, relationship problems, OCD, panic disorder, and career counseling. With over 13 years of experience working in entertainment and media, I excel at treating artists and creative professionals. Outside of private practice, I currently work as a supervisor at the UCLA Anxiety Disorders Clinic. My therapeutic methods are flexible and individualized, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, relational psychodynamic work, and mindfulness. I am also trained in conducting Exposure and Response Prevention therapy for anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. I try to support as well as challenge clients in an effort to increase their knowledge of themselves and help them make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe clients are the experts on themselves, and I view my role as more of a guide.
