Penny received her Master's and Education Specialist degree in School Counseling and Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University. She also received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rider University. Penny has completed mental health training in perinatal and postpartum through Postpartum Support International (PSI). She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor in the state of New Jersey. Penny has had experience working in hospital setting, partial setting, schools, outpatient, and private practice. She is experienced with working a wide range of mental health issues such as perinatal/postpartum mood disorders, adjustments, anxiety, and depression. Penny is passionate about helping individuals find new ways of being in their relationships with themselves, their loved ones, their work, their energy, their body, their emotions, and their purpose in life. Penny has an understanding on the impact pregnancy and postpartum have on an individual's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Penny seeks to help support individuals and provide them with the tools that they need to live their life.
