If you are seeking help for a catastrophe, cumulative smaller traumas or self-in-relationship difficulties, I would like to introduce myself. I offer a safe, kind, emotionally supportive and effective relational home to understand and illuminate what has happened, and work to dissolve anything interfering with your happiness. In these anxiety provoking times upheavals at international, national, and personal levels of our lives haunt us creating extra difficulty with self-esteem, relationships, decisions, or influence. You will find me experienced, warm, empathic, and responsive and I am highly trained. To learn more please take a look at my website DreamsAndThemesTherapy.com, or email me. Psychotherapy is my 'art' and passion. I am easy to talk to, genuine, positive, and astute. Trauma is profound and shapes our ways of encountering life and responding to its challenges. It can make us fearful, stuck, and limited. I am interested in an emancipatory approach. I am British-born, and an unusually varied life experience has exposed me to many diverse communities. My passion for this work has led me to study, teach, and supervise Jungian, Relational Psychoanalytic, Attachment, and Humanistic theories. I currently supervise contemporary relational psychoanalytic candidates and write for international psychoanalytic journals.
