Hi. My name is Peggy Zherdev, LCSW 120636. I provide therapy with a client-centered, strengths approach focused on meeting my clients where they are to help them get to a better place. The clients I work with are struggling with any of the following: anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, understanding neurodivergence (ADHD or Autism) relationship issues, and/or grief. I focus on listening to my client's story and the strengths they bring into therapy. From there, I use concepts from different therapeutic models to figure out what works best for the client, while also challenging them to make the changes needed in order to achieve their goals. I became a therapist because I enjoy working with people on their goals and supporting them through the journey of improving their mental health. I do this work to represent the hope in this world that we need when trying to get better with our mental health.
