My great passion is to bring healing to individuals who have experienced trauma and stress. I support clients—whether they are teens, adults, or families—in finding healthy self-perceptions and strengthening their relationships, so they can experience themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe. Understanding that no single approach fits everyone, I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Sex Therapy Informed practices, EMDR, and Person-Centered Therapy. This diverse training allows me to tailor my approach to best meet the needs of each client. I hold a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BA in Criminal Justice from Liberty University. My educational background has fueled a lifelong commitment to advocacy for my clients. I am dedicated to using research, psychoeducation, and evidence based techniques to enhance the counseling process and support each individual on their journey to healing
