My goal is to assist you to explore and discover your own answers from within, and to remember, recover and honor your true, authentic self so you can live life with greater ease and abundant joy. Having provided research based, holistic and creative counseling since 2003, I have acquired a broad awareness of the variety of challenges many face and have witnessed the intrinsic ability we each have to overcome those challenges and to thrive. I specialize in incorporating art, play and sand tray with children and families; women's issues; couples counseling and spiritual, faith based counseling. I am certified in Hypnotherapy. I weave my education, experience, intuition and my creativity in my work with children, adolescents, and adults. As an ordained, metaphysical minister I support any client who may be seeking or struggling spiritually to connect or reconnect to spiritual principles in order to expand their faith and spirituality.
