About

Navigating the daily challenges of life can be exhausting, overwhelming, and isolating. I believe that counseling can be a positive, satisfying exploration of such feelings and challenges in a safe space. Clients I work with are often searching for a place to process their life circumstances, both past and present. They may be struggling with anxiety, grief, sense of self, relationships, or coping with change. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling seen, respected, and encouraged in their unique life journeys.

Grounded in Adlerian theory, I view clients as being shaped by their experiences and as active agents in their own growth. I believe counseling is collaborative, and it should be a nonjudgmental space for clients to become more aware of their choices, patterns, and identity through insight and self-exploration.

Sessions with me are rooted in empathy, active listening, warmth, an open-minded approach, and a touch of humor to provide genuine support and insight. Sessions can be quiet and reflective, or they can be solution-focused and specific. I know going to therapy can be scary, and I'm here to encourage you in making that courageous first step.
