About

I believe that therapy should feel like a conversation between two people, without a power imbalance or fears of being judged. I am a licensed professional counselor, but first and foremost, I’m a human being like you. If you choose to work together, I promise to be genuine, compassionate, and real. I specialize in treating adolescents through young adults, and I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, suicidality and self-injury, and Borderline Personality Disorder.

The interventions that I use are primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). However, I am always open to adapting my treatment modality to fit your individual needs, since I know that no two clients are exactly alike. My approach is warm, open, and non-judgmental.

Rather than asking “what’s wrong with you”, I’m here to help you explore what you’ve been through, what’s holding you back, and what you need in order to be your healthiest and happiest self. No matter why you're seeking therapy, I believe that you are worthy, strong, and capable of getting better. I'm here to help. Looking forward to meeting you!
