I am committed and passionate about my work in helping others reach their full potential. I am trained to work with couples, families and individuals. I have experience in helping couples work through issues of infidelity, betrayal, intimacy, conflict resolution, and family/ life stage transitions. I believe in the power of all relationships and how it affects the quality of our lives. When working with individuals I use a systemic lens, in which I see the individual in the context of their relationships, major life events, ethnicity, race, culture, religion & sexuality. I am trained in Family Systems theories as well as Gestalt Therapy. My work is trauma-sensitive and is informed by mindfulness techniques. My style of therapy is relaxed, flexible, and non-judgmental. I provide a safe therapeutic environment where you will find yourself challenged yet heard. Therapy is a place where many people grow into their true authentic selves, where relationships heal and where light is shined onto the darkness. If you are willing to take a leap of faith into a new way of doing things and understanding things, make your first appointment.
