If you're looking for someone to help you identify your strengths, reach a new level of insight about you and who you want to become, plus meet you where you're at; I'm here for you. Problems that I can help with include self-esteem building, anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, anger management, grief and loss, and adjustments and acceptance of major events, as well as other problems you may be struggling with. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). I can help you identify your thoughts and help provide support forming balanced and adaptive thinking Before I was a therapist, I was in the patient chair! I can empathize how hard it is to get help, and I'm glad that you're here! When working with me, you will have a safe space to acknowledge your pain and heal. You will be heard, you will be seen, and you can be you! I use a variety of techniques to help you make the changes you want to see. If you're feeling lost or helpless and don't know where to go, let's work on that together! Healing is a collaborative process, you're never alone! You and your success are important to me.
