I work with both individuals and couples looking to repair relationships and create deeper more meaningful connection. Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, addiction, work/life balance, or just feeling overwhelmed at what life is bringing, I'd be honored to walk with you on that journey. As a second career, my journey into therapy follows a 15-year tenure in corporate management. I utilize attachment-based approaches to help my clients reconnect and experience themselves and their relationships in a new way. I also have experience in an outpatient setting working with individuals and family members of those struggling with addiction. Reaching out is often the most difficult step.
