About
I specialize in working with adolescents (16+) and adults. In my career, I have worked in a variety of different settings, including an inpatient psychiatric hospital, outpatient substance use center, and community mental health clinic, which has given me the privilege of helping a wide-range of individuals grappling with a host of different issues. I believe that the healing power of therapy becomes evident by examining our relationships, past and present. By considering how we relate to others, we may learn how to relate more authentically to ourselves. My approach is conversational, relational, and empathic. I hope to help you find the upside, see your strengths, and confront challenges you face with confidence.
