I have been trained in, and enjoy practicing, body centered psychotherapy. This modality focuses on obtaining a deep understanding of the human person and offers the possibility of a more profound transformation than is commonly expected when engaging in popular methods of therapy. A central goal of body centered psychotherapy is creating the required safety and support to allow a person's own spirit to guide a healing process which addresses issues that hinder the experience of peace and joy that is the birthright of every human person. My clients enjoy a continued increase in satisfaction and joy in life by using awareness and mindfulness to recognize and control attitudes and behaviors that get passed down through their families from generation to generation. These attitudes and behaviors are usually not consciously understood yet affect their experience of life on a day to day basis. If you find that life is not satisfying or feel like you are trapped in a rowboat in the stormy sea of life I believe that I can help you. If you feel like life should be so much more than it is or are envious of those who grab life by the tail and enjoy a wild ride, give me a call.
