The stressors associated with relationships, career, and health can be difficult to navigate! Sometimes we can cope with this on our own and other times friends or family support us. Sometimes that just isn't enough; and we need an objective, nonjudgemental person who has training in counseling to help. I have many years of experience in individual and group therapy. My approach is active, genuine, and strengths-based. I utilize evidence-based treatment models for the treatment of anxiety, depression, phobias and specific fears, trauma processing, grief, and relationship problems. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT and MI, and I incorporate mindfulness into my practice. I'm available in person or remotely. My goal is to provide you with the best treatment and a warm and welcoming environment so that you can achieve your therapy goals. Feel free to contact me for a consultation to see if my style and approach works for you.
